FOR SECURITY REASONS WE REFUSE ENTRY AT ANY TIME TO ANY OF THE HOTEL'S ROOMS, FACILITIES OR OUTLETS TO PERSONS THAT ARE NOT REGISTERED DURING CHECK IN.

OUR HOTEL IS AGAINST SEXUAL EXPLOITATION IN ALL FORMS, WE DON'T ALLOW OCCASIONAL VISITORS IN THE ROOMS.

Children must be at least 12 YEARS OLD in order to be allowed for check in.

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. A first night DEPOSIT will be charged in advance.

The reservation will only be considered as confirmed when the hotel receives your credit card details and a deposit has been charged. Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

The hotel room will be at your disposal from no later than 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must vacate the room by 12 noon. The room will be reserved for your arrival until no later than 6 pm. If you will be arriving later than that time, you must notify the hotel in advance. 

Colombian law grants VAT TAX EXEMPTION, if you fulfill the following four conditions:

- The stamp on your passport or entrance document must be as a tourist (PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, or valid temporary visa      TP7, TP11 TP12).
- Purchase a tourism package including accommodation and transport.
- In the case of Nationals residing abroad, this status must be demonstrated by presenting the documentation issued by the authorities of the country of residence (Passport), where they can give proof as non-resident in Colombia.
